Prices vary depending on the circumstances and location. Initially I offer my services in an area, roughly 45 min drive from Xativa. If you are unsure if I cover your location, please contact me.
Below prices are valid until 1/1/2027.

- In general, if there is anything on your mind or troubling you, about you property, in our area, contact me and we can see how to solve it asap.
- All agreements will be written in email and a confirmation is required.
- I am not responsible for work done by third parties, but I can and do report on the visible work done and how it has been left, with pictures if desired.
- The subscription has no end-date. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 2 months written notice (email).
